Alpine climbing course gives you the basics for safe alpine climbing. During this five-day intensive course we will deepen and train climbing skills and technics on rock, ice and snow. We will train different rope technics as well as the use of different alpine climbing equipment. Risk assesment and understanding the hazards in alpine areas is a big part of the course. The course is held in Kebnekaise and during the course we will climb several classic alpine routes in the area.
Alpine climbing course is an advanced course. You have to have fulfiled a glacier course as well as know the basics of rock climbing to be able to participate to this course.
