A fiveday course in the Lofoten Islands. During this course you will learn the basics of rock climbing. We will be training first in smaller cliffs and then proceed for bigger walls and multipitch routes. Lofoten is known for it’s amazing climbing areas in beautiful surroundings.

ADVANCED COURSE
Profound your rock climbing skills on this fiveday course. Learn to trad climb, to climb longer routes and get introduction to aid climbing. To be able to participate to this course you need to have done a beginners course or have similar experience.

SELF RESCUE COURSE
Learn what to do in case of accident while rock climbing. A three day course around Narvik climbing areas or Kebnekaise mountain station. To be able to participate to this course you need to have done a basic climbing course and can lead climb and construct belays with your own protection gear at a level of minimum 4+.
